The ZFY hardened gearbox is characterized by its robustness, power, and energy efficiency. It utilizes a carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding process, achieving a tooth surface hardness of over HRC 60. With the same volume, it can transmit torque two to three times greater than that of ordinary soft gears, making it particularly suitable for heavy-load startup conditions such as your crusher.
Moreover, we utilize high-precision gear grinding, achieving a transmission efficiency of over 96%. This means that instead of using a 110kW motor, you may now be able to operate it with a 100kW motor, resulting in significant electricity cost savings over the long term. Additionally, for environments with high dust levels, we have equipped our products with imported oil seals as standard, completely eliminating any concerns regarding oil leakage. High torque bearing capacity:
Using high-quality alloy steel (such as 20CrMnTi, 20CrNi2Mo, etc.), after carburizing and quenching, the gear hardness can reach HRC 58-62, which increases the load-bearing capacity by 3-5 times compared to soft tooth surfaces.
The tooth surface exhibits extremely high contact fatigue strength, enabling it to effortlessly withstand heavy-load impacts. It is highly suitable for applications under heavy-load conditions, such as crushers, mills, and belt conveyors.
High precision and low noise:
The gear finishing process employs gear grinding technology, achieving a precision level exceeding ISO Grade 6 (GB/T 10095 Grade 6).
High-precision meshing results in smooth transmission and low noise (typically within the range of 75-85dB(A), depending on the speed ratio and rotational speed), significantly improving the working environment.
High transmission efficiency:
The single-stage transmission efficiency is as high as over 98%, and the three-stage transmission efficiency can also be maintained at 94%-96%.
