HB series industrial gearboxes used in metallurgical machinery
HB industrial gearboxes are a type of heavy-duty, high-power hardened gear reducers，The H series adopts a parallel-axis transmission method, while the B series utilizes a vertical-axis transmission method.
This type of product is specifically designed for heavy-duty applications. Through optimizations such as the polygonal arrangement of the transmission shaft system and the frame-type box structure, its overall strength and load-bearing capacity have been significantly enhanced. Its torque range covers a wide spectrum, reaching from 2 to 900 kNm, and its power can peak at 5000 kW, enabling it to effortlessly handle the substantial impacts from heavy equipment in mining, cement, ports, and other industries
Reliable performance and long lifespan: The core gears are made of high-quality alloy steel, and undergo carburizing, quenching, and precision gear grinding processes, resulting in high tooth surface hardness and strong impact resistance. At the same time, designs such as tooth profile modification, sound-absorbing enclosures, and large fans effectively reduce temperature rise and noise during operation, ensuring smoother transmission and higher reliability. Key sealing components are mostly made of fluororubber, which can effectively prevent oil leakage and ensure long lifespan even in harsh environments
The HB series maintains a relatively compact size and light weight while achieving high torque and strong load-bearing capacity. This makes it highly advantageous in installation scenarios where space is limited.
